- During the User's visit to the Service, our servers automatically save the so-called system logs - anonymous information, such as: time of the User's visit, IP address, URL address, information about the user's browser, URL address of the previously visited page (so-called referent link, if the user entered the page via a link), etc. The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period as auxiliary material used to administer the service. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server and the service.
- The service also collects anonymous data on visited pages such as: number of visits, country, browser, time of visit, etc. We analyze the collected data using a solution from an external provider, which is Google Analytics. - Any advertising content related to the commercial activity of the Company and its contractors may be sent to Users only with their consent, in accordance with the content of art. 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended). Consent in this respect is revocable.
- The User who provides their data listed in points 5 and 6 on the Website agrees to their transfer, storage and processing (in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997) by the Website. By providing their data, the User also declares that they have read the "Privacy and Cookies Policy" applicable to this Website.
- Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes, unless the User consents to this. Providing any personal data is voluntary. The Company may share the collected information that does not allow for the identification of a specific person publicly and with partners such as publishers, advertisers and entities servicing related websites.
- In the event of a merger or acquisition of the Company or sale of its assets, we will ensure the confidentiality of all personal data and notify the relevant users before their personal data is transferred or covered by a different privacy policy.

- In the event of an inspection by the General Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection, the User's data may be made available to the employees of the Inspectorate in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Use of cookies ("cookies") - and similar technologies - and the possibility of disabling them
- The Service uses so-called cookies, or in English "cookies". They identify the browser and improve the operation of the service. Cookies do not contain any personal data. The Service may also use an Anonymous Identifier, i.e. a random string of characters used for the same purpose as a cookie file on platforms covering some mobile devices on which cookie technology is not supported.
- In the browser settings, you can choose the option to reject cookies, but some functions of the service may then not work properly. Failure to change these settings means acceptance of the cookies used here.

What are "cookies"?

Do "cookies" contain personal data?
Yes, but they can only be used to perform specific functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorized persons from accessing it.
What "cookies" does the Service use?
Two types of files are used: temporary (they exist until you log out of the website) or disable the software (web browser) and "permanent" files (they remain for the time specified in the "cookies" file parameters) or until manually deleted by the User. - Microsoft Internet Explorer browser: To block cookies, select the following options: "Tools", then "Internet options", then the "Privacy" tab, and then "Advanced". In the new window, select "Override automatic cookie handling", then select the "block" option twice and confirm with "OK". To delete previously saved cookies: select the following options: "Tools", then "Internet Options" and next to the "Browsing History" option click "Delete...". Then select the following options: "Save favorite website data" and "Cookies" and click "Delete".
- Mozilla Firefox: To block cookies, select "Tools", then "Options" and the "Privacy" tab. There, select the "Firefox will use user settings" option and below, uncheck the "Accept cookies" option. Confirm by pressing "OK". To delete saved cookies: Select "Tools" and "Clear browsing history". Select the period to be cleared: "all" and select the "Cookies" option. Confirm by pressing "OK".
- In the Opera browser - to block cookies - In the menu, select the "Settings" option and then "Preferences...", then "Advanced" and "Cookies". From the available options, select "Never accept cookies" and click the "OK" button. To delete cookies that have already been collected - In the menu, select the "Settings" option, then "Preferences...", then "Advanced" and "Cookies". Then click the "Manage cookies" option and in the newly opened window, click the "Delete" button for each item.
- In the Safari browser, select "Preferences" and click the "Security" icon. Here, you select the security level in the "Accept cookies" area.
- In mobile device browsers: The "cookies" file handling function may vary on different phone or mobile device models. Therefore, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy options in the documentation on the website of the manufacturer of your mobile device.
What are Anonymous Identifiers and what do they do?
