Professionalism, calmness, and honesty. I had my A6 3.2 petrol and Q7 4.2 petrol serviced. They saved my A6 from a full engine replacement (other ‘experts’ had insisted on it). Later, I brought in my newly purchased Q7 for maintenance: complete fluid and filter changes, air conditioning service, maps and software updates, a spare key, and air suspension pump service. I was prepared to pay twice as much as I actually did. It’s worth the wait, even if it’s a few weeks. I travelled about 50 km to get here, and it was definitely worth it.

Although the workshop specialises in the VW group, they accepted my BMW for DPF cleaning and also replaced the oil level sensor. After the repair, the car felt livelier. Very polite and professional service. Highly recommend this workshop!
