REPAIR PROCEDURE

See how the engine repair or replacement process works at Vag-Expert:

1. We have our own recovery trucks, so if you cannot bring your vehicle to our workshop in Skoczów, we will organise transport for you – no matter how far you are. We have already collected vehicles for repairs from as far as Tunisia and Libya!
2. After inspecting the engine damage – within a maximum of three working days – we will contact you to propose several options for repair or replacement. We will explain the advantages and disadvantages of each solution, provide detailed costs, answer all your questions and concerns, and offer professional and unbiased advice.
3. Once you make a final decision regarding the repair or replacement, we will carry out a professional engine rebuild or replacement.Check reviews of our work on DobryMechanik.pl.
4. While your vehicle is being repaired at our workshop, you can receive a courtesy car for a symbolic fee. We can also deliver the courtesy car to the place where we collect your vehicle.
5. After the repair, we will return your vehicle to the original location. You will receive an invoice and a written warranty valid from 12 to 36 months.
6. We ensure your vehicle’s safety during both the repair and transport process.
7. Your interests are protected by an insurance agreement with WARTA.
